Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with the original receipt.  Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.

 

If any item has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the damage along with a photo. We will take care of the rest. If you have any questions on any issue, feel free to contact us through email or phone call. Our staff members will gladly help.

 

Customers are responsible for applicable fees for the return or exchange. Please note that assembling fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Piko Shop 8 items have a 1 year warranty valid from pick-up or delivery date. Our store warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such but not limited to  as cuts, scratches, discoloration, fabric pilling, impact damage or stains. Items that have been assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, altered, cleaned with wrong cleaning method, are not covered by this warranty. The original receipt is required to match the items.
